The Project/Work order budgets report will show you how much of your set budget has been used up by your team or a specific project/work order.

With this feature, you can keep track of how your budget is used up (it could be in terms of total hours or total costs per project). With the Project/Work Order Budgets Report, it would simplify how to keep an eye on this data with just a few clicks. In this section of the reports tab, as shown below,  you’ll see how much of your budget for each project/work order has been used.

To check the Project/Work order budgets report, you’ll navigate to Reports > All Reports from the left sidebar. Then click on the Project/Work order budgets report under the Budgets and limits section.

You can also click on the “star” icon to add the report under the Reports menu on the sidebar.

Click on Project/Work order budgets. You’ll see a list of projects with budgets set. This report will give you exact totals for budgets that had been already allocated to each project.  It’ll also show you exactly how much budget you’ve got remaining per project.

You’ll also be able to filter the report by project, include archived projects and save your current filters for future use.
