How do I restore my organization in Hubstaff?

You can restore an organization to reactivate your organization’s subscription.

Please follow the steps below on how to restore your organization:

Step 1

Just log in using the email address associated with your previous Hubstaff account.

Step 2

Select the Archived tab and click the Restore button next to the organization you wish to reactivate.

Step 3

Click the Choose plan button to select a new subscription plan for your organization.

Step 4

Select either the Starter, Grow, Team, or Enterprise plan.

Step 5

Enter your billing information, then hit Save.

Step 6

A popup will appear confirming your billing information has been updated. Your organization is active now.
