The application records screenshots randomly 1x, 2x, or 3x every 10 minutes. Opting for a higher screenshot frequency is possible by adding the more screenshots add-on.
Screenshot resolution adjustments are not possible at this time.
The Mobile apps (iOS/Android) cannot record screenshots.
The Chrome app and extension have limitations with how well it tracks activity. It is limited to 15-second granularity. That means if you do something once every 15 seconds, you will have 100% activity.
Screenshots are not recorded once the app goes into Idle time mode. If idle time is kept, you will see “Idle time” instead of screenshots when viewing activity.
If Screenshot frequency is turned on and the member is tracking time using the desktop timer applications, screenshots will be captured. They will not be able to turn off screenshot capture and still continue tracking time.
The Chrome app and extension cannot show a breakdown of activity for the keyboard and mouse. The numbers will always match. This is a limitation of the information provided by the X screensaver API on Chrome.
