Can’t connect to Hubstaff when using a proxy connection

Some organizations may require users to use a proxy server while they record time using Hubstaff. You can now add proxy settings within the Hubstaff application by following the steps below:

Step 1

Right-click on the Hubstaff icon on your taskbar, then choose Preferences.

Step 2

Navigate to Network > Change Settings under the proxy settings menu.

Define the proxy server information, then click OK to save your settings.
