If a team member manually enters time, that time block will not have an associated activity level. This manually entered time is excluded from the overall activity data calculations in both reports and the dashboard.

For instance, if a user tracks 2 hours with the Hubstaff Desktop App at an activity level of 80%, and then adds 1 hour of manual time (0% activity), the user’s average activity will still be 80%.
